4 INGREDIENT PEACH MANGO SMOOTHIE RECIPE

I would never refer to myself as a great cook! I know I will never be one of those bloggers that come out with their own cookbook. I am pretty proud of myself though for creating this peach mango smoothie. I do have to say that I did mash together a few different smoothie recipes in order to make this. I wanted to make this out of a handful of things I already had in the house. This actually turned out decent! And I now buy these things with the intent to make this peach mango smoothie! The best part is that not only is it quick and simple BUT it is also healthy! My little kids refer to this peach mango smoothie as ice cream for an after-dinner dessert! It really is a win-win!

I think I am going to try to incorporate some of other fruits into a smoothie. Actually, I would like to try to sneak a vegetable into a tasty smoothie that my kids will drink! Let me know if you have any ideas for that!

 

 

I tried to take kind of step by step pictures for this but bear with me! I am new to this and recipe posts are not my usual thing.

Our favorite cranberry pomegranate juice is R.W. Knudsen. And I like to buy Simple Truth frozen peaches and mangoes but any brand will work! I find all of it at my local Kroger grocery store.

4 Ingredient Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe

2 cups frozen peach slices

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups cranberry pomegranate juice

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to the blender. (Add frozen fruit and then pour in liquids second.)

2. Pulse until it is the desired texture.

3. Enjoy! 🙂
